Procrastination

it is a thief of precious brilliant ideas and time, also an enemy of progress. Or in a simpler way, procrastination means the act of replacing a high-interest task with a low-interest task, so that even important tasks are delayed. Does procrastination mean laziness? Accordingly, procrastination is not laziness, and it's possible to procrastinate even if you aren't lazy, or to be lazy but not procrastinate. 

And for some reason, procrastination is not always bad, because rather than stressing and keep planning out their lives, it is better for people to have fun. Everyone has been through this moment, you're not alone! Give yourself a few breaks and understand one thing that you are a human. You’re supposed to feel under or overwhelmed due to every day’s activities at some point in time. So, rather than being harsh on yourself that you cannot do the tasks that are there, always focus on the solution and how to solve this up. You always need to remind yourself that it is a gradual procedure and the more you understand why you are procrastinating, the faster you will come back in the game. 

Always remember to be honest with yourself. Make sure that you use your time judiciously. And this will help you to come out of the never-ending cycle of procrastination.
