Hero's Day. November 10th is the date when the National Heroes Day of the Republic of Indonesia (RI) is celebrated. This date refers to the major battle events in Surabaya on November 10, 1945.

The meaning of Heroes' Day is to remember and honor the struggles of Indonesian heroes in the past. In addition, the values ​​of the heroes’ struggle are remembered to build public awareness to emulate the noble values ​​of the Indonesian heroes in everyday life. This is expected to be able to strengthen the unity and integrity of the nation as well as increase our love as a nation and country, Indonesia.

Nowadays students also have a role to be heroes.
