SHB Cambridge Teacher’s Day 2022

A DAY TO REMEMBER

A teacher is meritorious because they have guided, educated, and motivated us every day at school. Teacher’s day happens every 25th of November. This 25th is a day for us to appreciate their hard work. Teachers not only teach us about subjects, but they also improve our personality, and skill levels. Teachers help and motivate us, also guide us to become the best version of ourselves.

This year SHB Teacher’s Day was combined with Costume Day, where students and teachers wear costumes to school. On that day, there were a lot of costumes including being a Gojek driver, anime character, minion and many more. Most students wear anime characters. Also, we did many activities, such as fashion shows, teachers’ gift, band performance and quizzes.

The event was organized by the SHB student council and Mr. Bonne as the PIC. All the students were gathered in the hall which was decorated colorfully. In the first activity, students and teachers did a fashion show with their costumes. In the next activity, they presented roses, letters, and gifts to the teachers. After that, a band of choir formed by the students. The students sang sweetly in a melodious tone that made the teachers happy. Lastly, we played a quiz with our team. There were Yellow Lions, Blue Dolphins, Green Dragons, and Red Wolves. In the quiz, there were also questions about the teachers, and this could make us get to know more about our teachers.

At the end of the day, teachers and students had lunch together at the foyer. The Food was delicious, and we ate our lunch happily. The celebration was continued with the Costume Day Award. The Teacher's Day Celebration went well and successful.

For all Teachers, we will always be thankful to you, for all the things that you give to us.
