Holiday Pastime

Christmas is just around the corner. I’m very excited about everything about Christmas, the gift exchange, family time, and most importantly the holiday! One of my favourite holiday pastimes is watching movies. On the days when I don’t go out, I pick my favourite old movies and rewatch them. Now I’m going to talk about The Walking Dead.

The Walking Dead is about humans on the brink of extinction fighting human flesh-eating zombies.  There’s a virus called the Wildlife virus and it spread via airborne contagion. People can be infected by getting bitten or scratched. The Wildlife virus symptoms are a fever that can melt your skin off, and after a while, they will become walking corpses. The story will end in season 11. The main character of the movie died saving his teammates using dynamite to blow himself and the walkers. The side characters died either from the virus or getting eaten by the dead. The Walking Dead is now in season 11 where they will fight the dead and try to survive the conflict within the remaining survivors.
