SHB Cambridge Family Goes on a One-Day Trip.

On 23 February, a Thursday, our SHB Cambridge family went to Sentul, Bogor for the leadership and team building activity. It was held in the Pelangi resort and was facilitated by Wegoo. We had so much  fun and activities there.

We played several games such as Gurita kusut, empathy ball, jumping rope, magic stick, and many more. These games aim for team building. Even though it was raining outside, we still went out wanted to play in our rain coats. My house team which is the Red Wolves, we did every game successfully. The place was very clean and comfortable. The food for lunch was very delicious as well, the place was quiet with many birds chirping and it was very fresh and cold place as well.  Sadly, we didn’t have the chance to stay there for few days but one day only since it was our first time to go out together with all teachers and students after the pandemic.

As for the journey, it took three and a half hours from Sentul to SHB because of heavy traffic, but we still enjoyed it. On the bus, we were singing and playing together using the disco light of the bus which was a VIP bus. Lights were so colorful and bright, but sadly it did not last long because we were so tired after the activity. We all took a rest and slept in the bus. The best part of this field trip was that we got to know each other more with our seniors and juniors and learn how to work together. I would like to go there again. It was a memorable day with meaningful experience. I hope next year we can stay a few days with our friends on our field trip. I cannot wait for the next field trip!
