Fun Activity with Lego

On March 31, 2023, SHB Preschool—Modernland organized a Guest for Learning Kiddy Club and Playgroup, a fun activity with LEGO from Creative Kids Education. In this activity, children learn 2D shapes like triangles and squares using LEGO. The teachers simply explained and guided the children to make ice cream shapes. The children seemed excited to build with the LEGO pieces.

The students used LEGO material to construct an ice cream shape, which encouraged logical thinking and fine motor skills. Lego provides a way to master emerging skills, such as problem-solving, spatial skills, and understanding semi-complex tasks. Using three-dimensional objects also enables the children’s youthful and productive minds to plan ahead and make the necessary alterations so the pieces fit together as intended. 

It was really a fun learning experience.
