Orientation Days at SHB Cambridge for Academic Year 2023-2024

On Monday,  July 17, 2023, Sekolah Harapan Bangsa Cambridge marked the first day of the three orientation days. All the students and teachers gathered in the foyer to start the day with the  Pledge and Prayer led by one of the students from CS3 Cambridge. After all of us had finished,  the orientation activities began. 

The first item on the agenda was the speech from new Principal, Ms. Melani . She welcomed all of the students and introduced all the teachers and staff. It was awesome !

This year in Cambridge we have not only a new principal but also Ms Emy the Primary Principal  will join Cambridge, Mr Henry as the Maths Teacher and HR JC2, Ms Windy as Cambridge’s administration staff and Mr Helmi as librarian.

Mr Monches will also help as the discipline coordinator and students council. Ms Ika will be our new exams officer.

The second item on the agenda was the games. All students were told to change to their house T-shirts. The four well-known house T-shirts filled the Cambridge mini hall or foyer as if it was a rainbow. The Yellow Lions, the Red Wolves, the Green Dragons, and the Blue Dolphins were ready for the games. All the students had a great time with the games.

Finally, after the games, the homeromm teachers came into their classes to greet their students. The students were very enthusiastic at school. They were so happy to be back to their ‘second home’, Sekolah Harapan Bangsa Cambridge.
