Independence Day Celebration 2023

On August 18, 2023, Sekolah Harapan Bangsa Preschool Modernland celebrated Indonesia’s 78th Independence Day. This important day is commemorated with class photos, a flag-raising ceremony with selected KB delegates serving as officers, singing the national anthem, and a variety of other fun competitions. Our Kiddy Club students participated in the “Moving the Balls” and “Picking up the Flags” competitions, while Playgroup students participated in the “Moving the Flags” and “Throwing the Balls into the Basket.” Kindergarten A students competed in an “Egg spoon race” and “Sorting the Balls,” while Kindergarten B students engaged in fun “Marble Relay” and “Sack Race” activities. Last but not least, we announced the class winners before the programme concluded. Through these activities, preschoolers will develop a sense of national pride as well as teamwork, sportsmanship, and a spirit of friendly competition.  Let us all continue to come together as one to make this a memorable and valuable learning experience for everyone.
