The magic of the holiday season came alive once again this year when Santa Claus visited our preschool department, bringing joy and cheer to the students of Kiddy Club, Playgroup, Kindergarten A, and Kindergarten B. The joyous expressions of our dearest preschoolers demonstrated the power of kindness and generosity.
Our MCs, Ms. Irma and Ms. Tiwi, led the opening prayer during our Christmas service on Wednesday, December 13, 2023, which began at 10 a.m. Special guests from the GBI WTC Troy Ayodhya team also joined us to celebrate. The session began with worship and was followed by various class performances. Christian playgroup students danced to “Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer,” while Catholic students danced to “Jingle Bell Rock.” The Christian Kindergarten A kids sang “My All in All,” while the Catholic students sang “Santa Claus is Coming to Town.” The stage was lit up with the radiance of young Catholic and Christian children from Kindergarten B as they sang and danced with joy. Their voices echoed throughout the preschool hall as they performed “Born is the King” and “Get Up.” It was a truly joyous occasion filled with singing and dancing.
Following that, our GBI WTC guests shared a heartfelt story about the best gift they had ever received. The students were entertained and engaged. The team led a closing prayer after the story before dismissing all of the students. Each student received a book about Jesus as a Christmas present. The day was filled with joy and laughter, and everyone felt the true spirit of the holiday season.
