Fish and Chips

Fish and chips is currently my favorite dish. I enjoy fish, but I dislike dealing with the bones. The first time I tried fish and chips, I was pleasantly surprised because there were no bones to contend with. Fish and chips is a cuisine originating from the United Kingdom, where fish is typically fried in a batter made from wet flour and served with french fries. Sometimes, it's accompanied by tartar sauce, which I really enjoy. Tartar sauce complements fish and chips perfectly. One of my favorite places to indulge in fish and chips is a restaurant called “Fish and Co.” It's where I first experienced this delicious dish, and I've been hooked ever since. Unfortunately, Fish and Co. has closed down, leaving me unable to satisfy my cravings for their fish and chips. It's quite disappointing, actually.
