My parents are not strict; they're quite easy-going, but there are a few house rules I have to follow. Firstly, I have to wash the dishes. Despite having a maid, my parents want me to learn responsibility and maturity. If I neglect this chore, they would get upset. Secondly, I have to make my bed, which is the simplest task around the house. Thirdly, I'm responsible for mopping and sweeping the floors. Lastly, I have to feed the fish. Having these tasks is somewhat enjoyable.
I'm not allowed to use bad words in front of my parents; they would likely become upset if I did. However, my parents are also kind; I can invite friends over, go out with them and have fun. Additionally, I have a bedtime of either 9 PM or 10 PM, and if I stay up past that, my parents become slightly irritated.
My parents consistently teach me to respect others. Even though I'm a teenager now, I still have to adhere to their rules.
