This morning, Thursday, March 14, 2024, is the PE learning schedule for class 1C. Ms. Restu as a teaching teacher and Ms. Yuli as a homeroom and a companion teacher, participated in the fun of PE learning today. PE activities begin with a warm-up that aims to stretch the muscles. Then the children were asked to run around the field 1x round as the end of the warm-up. Furthermore, today's core activities are filled with learning to play balance. Children were asked to stand on chairs, jumping over stairs. This activity takes place for 3 sessions at the gym. With learning today, it is hoped that children can be more active in maintaining body health, namely by exercising and learning to focus and recognize balance. In addition to sports, children are also asked to meet a lot of water intake, so as not to be dehydrated during PE activities. In closing, learning usually ends with free time. Children used to play basketball, games that they created themselves or just ran-ran to release their boredom. After the session ended, the children returned to class and changed clothes and continued the activities on this Thursday.
