English Day

On Friday, February 26, 2024, junior and senior high school students of Sekolah Harapan Bangsa celebrated the annual English Day at the basketball court. This year, the theme was “Game Masters”. Each class had to create or recreate a game that could be played by a group of 4 to 8 players at once. This event not only enhances language learning but also encourages critical thinking. It was a very special day because students discovered the educational potential of gaming while studying. The event ended with classes 10B, 9B, and 7B winning the competition. The winners received money as their award. I liked the event because it was fun, and you can learn while playing games, and if you won one of the games, you would get awarded with something.
