A Preschool Adventure, Exploring Wonderful Indonesia

On Friday, May 17, 2024, Sekolah Harapan Bangsa Preschool Modernland hosted a Children's Fiesta event with the theme “Wonderful Indonesia.”  

To represent and celebrate Indonesia's diversity, the students dressed in traditional Indonesian costumes. They not only wore traditional costumes, but they also performed songs and dances specific to their class region.  The students enthusiastically participated and did an excellent job of demonstrating the beauty and uniqueness of Indonesian culture.

In addition to the performances, we organised a P5 project to highlight the distinct characteristics of each tribe in Indonesia. At our mini expo, the children proudly presented their P5 projects from their respective regions, along with a variety of fresh fruits and vegetables. It was a fun and educational activity for the students to learn more about our country's diverse cultures and traditions

Overall, the Children's Fiesta event successfully promoted cultural appreciation and understanding among our students. Our journey through Wonderful Indonesia has come to an end, but the memories we have made and the beauty we have seen will live with us forever. Thank you so much parents and children!
