Great leader

Leaders have been present throughout history—some good, some bad. But what makes a leader great? A great leader drives their team to excel! They show a strong mind for strategy and teamwork.

However, beyond just being smart or strong, they must have the ability to build trust among their comrades. They need the ability to motivate and inspire their team to follow them through the gates of hell and beyond—the power to empower them in the face of adversity.

It’s important to mention that a leader merely commands their team, but a great one works with them; helps them grow and succeed! A great leader grows alongside their team. They understand that although they hold higher authority, they are still human, just like everyone else. They recognize that without their team, they are nothing. A great leader is only great because of the strength of their followers.

It doesn’t matter how weak an army may be; what matters is how strong their leader is. People are not afraid of a pack of lions led by a sheep, but they are terrified of a herd of sheep led by a lion.
