Kiddy Club and Playgroup Guest for Learning “Caring for Our Furry Friends with a Veterinarian”

On Wednesday, October 16, 2024 our beloved Kiddy Club and Playgroup students have a special event Guest for Learning – Veterinarian. The vets explained their daily job taking care of the animal like to give medication to the sick animal and to give annual vaccinations. The vets brought and showed their Persian cat, a rabbit and a sugar glider.

The students were excited to touch and pat the animals gently. Some of the students were afraid of the animals, but after the teacher showed how to touch the animals, the students became brave even when the vet put the sugar glider on to the students' shoulder, they were having fun. 

Caring for the animals guided by a professional veterinarian provides a way to master many other kinds of emerging skills, such as responsibility, empathy, patience and communication.
