ART FOR CHARITY 2024

At Sekolah Harapan Bangsa Preschool-Modernland, we believe in nurturing not only academic excellence but also a strong sense of community and compassion. In the spirit of giving back, on November 22, 2024, we organized a charity event with the theme, “Friendship Built, Futures Brightened.”

For this event, our students crafted heartfelt artworks to express their appreciation and cultivate their creativity. We also invited our friends from Saturday Academy to create crafts for our fundraising efforts. Everyone was enthusiastic about participating in this artistic endeavour, and the results were truly inspiring. Many parents generously donated to purchase their masterpieces.

In this event, we collaborated with our friends from Saturday Academy—Hope Worldwide Indonesia. We invited them to our event to experience joyful interactions with our students. They all had fun singing and dancing together, as well as making friendship bracelets. Together they showcased their incredible talents while supporting a worthwhile cause.

We extend our heartfelt gratitude to the parents for their support in our event, resulting in a successful fundraising achievement of Rp 20,271,888. All donations will be directed to HOPE Worldwide Indonesia – Saturday Academy to aid their mission of enriching young minds through various volunteering activities.

Through this initiative, our students not only learned about the importance of giving back but also experienced the joy of friendship and the power of collective action. Their small acts of kindness have made a big difference in the lives of others.
