The Cambridge Checkpoint

Hello everyone! As the exciting Cambridge Checkpoint assessments for Mathematics, Science, and English on April 22nd, 23rd, and 24th, 2025 draw closer, it’s a fantastic time for our Grade 6 students at Sekolah Harapan Bangsa Modernhill Primary to feel prepared and confident. Remember all the wonderful things you’ve learned throughout the year in your English lessons! Think about engaging stories you’ve read, interesting discussions you’ve had, and all the new vocabulary you’ve discovered. Reviewing your notes, practicing different types of questions, and even reading some extra English books can be really helpful in these final weeks.

The Cambridge Checkpoint English assessment is a wonderful opportunity to showcase your understanding and skills in reading, writing, and language use. Focus on understanding the questions carefully before you answer, and take your time to present your best work. Remember to check your spelling and grammar, and let your unique voice shine through in your writing.
