Leadership Training

On Saturday, 23 April 2022, all student council members of the junior high and senior high school of Harapan Bangsa attended the virtual leadership training that lasted from 9 AM to 3 PM. The first session was a webinar by Achmad Mirzani from Binus University. He gave the participants essential knowledge about organizational skills. The guest speakers for the second session were Lura Maharani and Febriana, who were once the president and vice president of student council. They shared their experience handling big school events. In the third session, the participants got a chance to ask Anastasia Laras, the former vice president of student council, for tips to solve common organizational problems. Even though this event was held on a Saturday, all the participants enthusiastically joined the training from the beginning until the end. This event is expected to prepare them for their upcoming duties as student council members of the academic year 2022-2023.
