Self-defense Training & Fun Competitions

On Wednesday, June 12, 2024, the junior high and high school students of Sekolah Harapan Bangsa participated in a self-defense training led by Mr. Rudy Agustian, the owner of Golden Camp Muaythai. This training included educating students on the importance of maintaining a healthy lifestyle, such as eating nutritious food and exercising regularly. After that, the students were taught basic self-defense moves to prevent bullying. The day concluded with various fun inter-class competitions, such as water relay, dodgeball, and basketball.
