Class 1 and 2 Excursion to Godong Ijo

On Friday morning, students started  arriving from 06.50 to 07.15. They carried out the routine morning activities of singing Indonesia Raya, reading the Pledge in Mandarin and praying.

Exactly at 07.20, students, teachers and companions walked towards the bus. There were three buses for all of us. At 07.40 we left for Godong Ijo. Our journey was blocked due to traffic after exiting the toll road. We were in the traffic jam for quite a long time. At 09.20 we arrived at Godong Ijo. 

While at Godong Ijo students took part in many activities including:

1. Listen to, see and touch reptiles.

2. Feed the turtles and tour the mini zoo.

3. Visit the waterfall (a new attraction in Godong Ijo).

4. Arranging otok-otok chickens and playing otok-otok chickens.

5. Ecoprinting and painting on tote bags.

6. Getting to know the angklung ; hold and play the angklung.

7. Play on the mini outbound rides

All of the students really enjoyed the activities and participated enthusiastically. We arrived at SHB at 15.50. and students were sent home at 16.40.
