Chinese New Year Celebration 2025

On Tuesday, February 11 2025, SHB Primary Modernland held its annual activity, namely the Chinese New Year Celebration. On this occasion, Primary divided the event into two sessions. Namely lower classes for the morning session and upper classes for the afternoon session. The aim was none other than to provide parents with the opportunity to see the performances of their sons and daughters.

In the morning activities, there were Singing Gr 1, Modern Dance Gr 2 and 3, Modern Dance Gr 1, Singing Gr 2, Singing Gr 3, Ballet, Taekwondo Gr 1-3, and the teacher's performance. All the children were very enthusiastic in giving their best performance, as were the teachers who showed very beautiful dances.

In the afternoon session, Singing gr 4, Pianika gr 6, Modern Dance gr 4-5, Ballet gr 3-4, Singing gr 5, Singing gr 6, Taekwondo and the teacher's performance. All the children were very happy and enthusiastic when showing their performance. Even though they had performed twice, the teachers' performance was no less polished than the first performance.

The event then closed with a lion dance performance and giving angpao to the lion dancers as well as giving goodie bags and angpao to the children.
