Grade 9 and 12 just had their practical exams this month. It was both challenging and exciting for us. Every day, I tested different skills, from science experiments to speech, and even physical education. It wasn’t just about memorizing facts but also about showing what we truly understood.
Before the exams started, we had extra classes after school to practice and prepare for the tests. Through this experience, I realized that preparation is not just about studying hard, but also about managing stress, staying organized, and thinking quickly. Mistakes during practice helped us learn even more.
Some of the tests were fun, especially science. My friend even cracked a test tube during an experiment!
My favorite practical exam was English because we only needed to answer some basic questions. The topic I got was friendship, and because of that topic, I became more open-minded about the relationships between me and my friends.
The six days were tiring, but they made us stronger and more prepared for the future. Practical exams taught us that real success comes from applying knowledge, not just memorizing it.
