On Friday, 12th April 2019, the grade 10 Social students of Harapan Bangsa School went to Museum Bank Indonesia in order to learn about the central bank of Indonesia, for our economics studies.
All of the students were happy and satisfied while enjoying the activities. Firstly, we began the activities with an opening introduction from one of the guides there. The activities continued with a tour of the museum and, fortunately, the guide gave us an explanation of each display so we wouldn’t be confused or feel strange about all the stuff we saw there.
By the explanation given, the students were educated with many things about our country’s central bank, such as the history of our currency (the rupiah), the national clearing system, the history of our one and only central bank.
We would like to thank Museum Bank Indonesia for the guidance that given to us, the students of Harapan Bangsa School. We hope with all the knowledge given, we, the students, can help to develop the country and we hope that our visit will be useful for us also for a lot of people in the future. Let us use it to contribute to a better Indonesia! (Annisa – 10 IPS)
