A career for teenagers is something that is recognized socially by the community and also as a form of achieving inner satisfaction and life goals. Career planning is a way to assist students in choosing a career field according to their potential, so that later they can be quite successful in their chosen field of work. Career planning must be prepared before students plunge directly into the world of careers. Career planning must be based on the potential of students so that later there will be no conflict between the chosen career and the potential that exists in students. Therefore, this year, Sekolah Harapan Bangsa is holding a Career Day with the theme “How to Choose the Right Career” which is useful for providing information and insight for students in preparing a career from an early age and how to prepare the right and right career. Apart from being an effort to assist students in determining career direction, the school also hopes that students can have insight into future careers that are relevant to the times. This year, the Career day event has invited professional speakers, namely Dr. Ir. Yohannes Kurniawan, S. Kom, S.E., MMSI, Ms. Dhientia Andani, Ph.D., and Ms. Juliartha Nugrahaeny Pardede, S.H, LL.M as parent of students who work as diplomats. Career is something that must be prepared well and needs to be done in advance. Careful preparation will certainly produce good results too.
