One day, I played soccer at my school with my team. The practice went smoothly until the game started; the first half was good, and my team scored 2 goals. The second half continued smoothly until I received a pass from my team and ran towards the enemy’s goal. Suddenly, an opponent pulled my body because he couldn’t run faster than me.
As a result, I fell, and my back hurt a bit, causing some minor wounds. Fortunately, the injury wasn’t severe, and I didn’t take any specific medication for the wounds; I simply let them heal on their own.
Another time, I played basketball at my school with my friends. We had ten players, divided into 2 teams. The game was intense, and at one point, my friend passed me the ball very quickly. As I took the ball, my middle finger ended up in the wrong position, resulting in a sprain.
After that, my middle finger was painful and difficult to move. When I got home, I applied ice water to compress it. Every night, I applied Voltaren to my middle finger until it healed.
