The Basic Leadership Training (LDK) for Harapan Bangsa Middle School and High School OSIS (Student Council) members was successfully held on Friday, February 13, 2025, from 12:50 to 16:30 WIB at Harapan Bangsa Hall. A total of 72 OSIS members, along with three key speakers and two OSIS teachers, participated.
The training covered challenging themes for LDK participants, including budget preparation for events, leadership skills, and handling conflicts within an organization. These members will serve for one year in their roles.
Throughout the session, participants were encouraged to be creative, proactive, and role models for their peers. Despite the limited time and the ongoing Mid-Semester exam preparations, they managed to balance their responsibilities and complete various tasks.
The training also included interactive activities such as chain messages, discussions, and problem-solving games. Participants remained highly engaged throughout the session. In the final activity, they used available materials to generate creative ideas.
By the end of the training, the participants had successfully outlined a one-year work program. It is hoped that the new OSIS members will bring fresh creativity and exciting activities to all students.
