On Friday, September 11, 2026, Kiddy Club and Playgroup SHB Preschool conducted a meaningful Guest for Learning activity in collaboration with BGY (Bring Goodness to You) Store. The presenter from BGY led the children in a fun and interactive learning experience on the world of fruits. They were introduced to the various types of fruits, their nutritional value and the benefits they provide to the body.
The learning continued as the children discovered how to choose good-quality fruits. They were encouraged to observe characteristics such as color, firmness, freshness, and overall condition to distinguish fruits that are suitable for purchase. This activity supported early science and health awareness while strengthening their observation, classification, vocabulary, and decision-making skills.
Each child had an individual shopping list and was invited to select and purchase the fruits listed. This real-life simulation gave children opportunities to practice following instructions, matching items, counting, and making simple choices while building confidence and independence.
Through this “Guest for Learning” experience, SHB Preschool and BGY Store created a meaningful learning environment where children could connect classroom knowledge with everyday life, demonstrating that learning can take place anywhere.
