Secondary Modernhill Celebrates the Spring Festival

The program started with an opening prayer by our Buddhist teacher. A speech by the school Director followed it; Teacher Yu using Chinese, Pak Pur using English, and Pak Joko using Indonesian to represent the speech.    

Teacher Yu said in her speech, “Thank you to the principal, teachers, and staff for everything you have done during the year, and she also wishes everyone a turnaround in the new year of the ox, a good year of the ox, and arrogance, and God bless you all. “Speeches of our high school principal and junior high school principal followed.

Next, through the video, the audiences were introduced the “Origin of the New Year, New Year's Eve, and New Year's Day,” accompanied by the songs. It also allowed the students to enjoy New Year's song pieces and student representatives’ poems and then showed everyone the activity works of the student club and the blessings for each class from the seventh to the twelfth grade.

The program ended with our Christian teacher's closing prayer.
