In preparation for the implementation of the Academic Competency Test (TKA), the school organized a mock trial as a simulation of the examination process. This activity aimed to help students understand the exam procedures, rules, and regulations, as well as to ensure the readiness of the facilities and infrastructure that will be used during the actual examination.
The mock trial was conducted over two days, on Monday and Tuesday, March 9 and 10. The activity was divided into three sessions to maintain order and ensure the smooth implementation of the event. The first session was attended by Grade 6A students, the second session by Grade 6B students, and the third session by Grade 6C students.
On the first day, students took part in the simulation for the Mathematics/Numeracy test and completed the Character Survey. On the second day, students participated in the Indonesian Language/Literacy test simulation and completed the Learning Environment Survey.
Before the activity began, students first received instructions from the committee and supervisors regarding the procedures for the examination, including how to enter the examination room, how to log in to the exam system, and how to work on and complete the questions. This briefing was given so that students could clearly understand the examination procedures.
During the mock trial, students worked on the test questions as they would in the actual TKA examination. The committee and supervisors monitored the activity to ensure that all devices, networks, and exam systems functioned properly. If any technical problems occurred, the committee immediately handled them so that they would not disrupt the activity.
Overall, the TKA mock trial was carried out in an orderly, smooth, and conducive manner. Through this activity, students are expected to be better prepared, understand the examination procedures, and gain confidence in facing the upcoming examination.
The actual TKA examination is scheduled to be held on April 27 and 28, 2026. Through this mock trial activity, it is hoped that all students will be able to participate in the examination with better preparation and perform optimally.
