Healthy Munch Day

To  improve student independence and  teach them about healthy food and drink, Preschool Sekolah Harapan Bangsa holds Healthy Munch Day every month. On Healthy Munch Day, they learned how to scoop the food, cut the food, and finish the food intime. They also learned how to eat using the right hand and clean up their eating utensils after they finished.

On 10. 45 all the students get ready to wash their hands, pray, and prepare their food. We were also visited by our nurse to check the students menu of that day and get an explanation about the vitamins contained in our food. The students have 30 minutes to finish their food and clean up their eating utensils.

We closed the activity by having a closing prayer and review about the activity.
