On Friday, August 8th, 2025, Harapan Bangsa Modernhill Primary School held a Parent-Teachers Meeting (PTM) attended by 120 parents and all teachers of Harapan Bangsa Modernhill Primary School. This program is a regular activity that is always held by school for parents to introduce and meet all teachers face to face with all teachers who teach students in grades 1-6 and explains the advantages, types of programs and rules and regulations that apply at Harapan Bangsa Modernhill Primary School for one academic year.
Ms. Mediana, the principal, began the meeting by greeting the parents and explaining the official registration of Harapan Bangsa Primary School as a SPK school that utilizes the National Curriculum (Curriculum Merdeka) and the Cambridge Curriculum. The curriculum is incorporated into the classroom learning process. The principal also briefly outlined the types of activities implemented, as well as other supporting programs, such as Extracurricular Activities (ECA) and Clubs, for all Harapan Bangsa Primary school students.
After the principal has finished presenting and explaining the curriculum and the programs that will be implemented throughout the school year, the principal calls each teacher to the front and introduces them to the parents at the meeting. The meeting then continues with inviting the parents to go to their child’s class and meet with their respective class teachers. Through these class meetings, class teachers are expected to convey in detail the learning objectives to be achieved in each class and the role and cooperation from parents to help and achieve the goals by the end of the school year.
