Dear Natalie,

How have you been? I wanted to tell you about my recent family celebration. Some unexpected

things happened!

My family and I went to my cousin’s house to celebrate her birthday. Her name is Susan, and she’s one of the kindest people I know. Her house was filled with cute decorations, and the aromatic smell of food made me hungry. I also got to meet some of my cousin’s friends. They were very welcoming towards me!

Everything was perfect until I realized that my gift for Susan had gone missing. I panicked and

searched the whole house, but I still couldn’t find it. Then, I asked all of Susan’s friends if they had seen it, and one of them quietly told me that Susan’s brother had taken it for himself.

Eventually, I told Susan’s parents about the problem, and her brother got scolded for stealing it. I hope this never happens to you! I’ll see you soon.
