You might hear people say, English can be learned individually and casually. You won’t need any academic knowledge to speak properly. Even more, some say studying English won’t help you that much to get a job. Learning English won’t teach you a specific skill for a specific job. Is it true?

Nowadays, employers will seek potential employees with good intelligence, self-motivation, and other excellent abilities that are suitable with the required qualifications. However, you can’t forget that the communication ability plays a great role for all jobs. By learning language, particularly English as the mostly-used language in the world, you will find it useful in your job.
