Teenagers often consider exercising as an activity that is optional. But is it truly unnecessary or is it something that can be beneficial?
To begin with, teenagers usually have a packed schedule – they do not have time to exercise. For example, teenagers might prefer finishing their homeworks to exercising. Furthermore, exercising can actually make them even more tired. After a tiring day at school, their bodies might not have enough energy to do exercises.
However, exercising has many advantages. It can increase teenagers’ physical health. By exercising, teenagers can improve their stamina and their bodies will be more fit – it will decrease their chances of getting sick. Moreover, exercising can also improve teenagers’ mental health. They may find exercising as a way to release their stress.
Overall, I believe teenagers should exercise, as it can help them maintain a healthy lifestyle in the long run.
