COMMENCEMENT OF THE CLASS 2026 HARAPAN BANGSA ELEMENTARY MODERNHILL ACADEMIC YEAR 2025-2026 

On Wednesday, June 3, 2026, a graduation ceremony for 6th grade students was held at Harapan Bangsa Modernhill School. This activity was attended by special guests, including Mr. Purnawan Sutiono as Assistant Deputy Chairman, Mrs. Melany Kusumawati Gigir as Head of School of Harapan Bangsa Modernhill School, Mr. Joko Purwanto as Principal of Harapan Bangsa High School, Mrs. Sisilia Juni as Principal of Harapan Bangsa Middle School, Mrs. Basa Togi Marsaulina Mediana as Principal of Elementary School, as well as teachers, staff, parents, and all 6th grade students participating in the graduation.

The commencement of the class 2026  for 6th grade students of Harapan Bangsa Modernhill Elementary School began with a warm welcome from representatives of the Harapan Bangsa Indonesia Education Foundation and also from the Principal of Harapan Bangsa Modernhill Elementary School. The event continued with the reading of the student pledge led by 5th grade students in three languages ​​and singing the song ‘Indonesia Raya' led by the Harapan Bangsa Modernhill Elementary School Choir Team. The graduation ceremony procession began with the participants being called one by one to go up to the stage, giving dolls as souvenirs and sleeves to each graduating participant. The event then continued with the delivery of speeches from representatives of the graduating students and the announcement of outstanding students in the Best Academic, English and Mandarin categories. 

In the next session, the graduating students performed a song in three languages: “Million Dreams” in English, a farewell song in Mandarin, and “Doa Seorang Anak” in Indonesian, dedicated to their beloved parents. The performance, delivered with love and sincerity, filled the graduation ceremony with emotion and tears of joy. Amidst the solemn atmosphere, the graduating students presented a rose and a letter to their parents as an expression of their love, gratitude, and affection for their fathers and mothers.

The commencement of the class 2026 ended with a short video screening from the students expressing their gratitude to the teachers who have taught and guided them while studying at Harapan Bangsa Modernhill Elementary School and also to the staff and employees who have helped them. All invited guests who attended, both from the school, parents and students, followed the series of events solemnly and happily. We hope that the togetherness and friendship that has been built while the students study at Harapan Bangsa Modernhill Elementary School can become beautiful memories and the teachers will always pray for the best for our beloved students in the future.
