Book review by Caesar Athallah (9A)
Synopsis:
That summer, Rosemary “Rose” Bliss saw her mother making a cupcake with magical ingredients, and it makes Rose believe more that their parents use magic to make cakes on their Bliss Bakery Shop. All of it’s secret were written in Bliss Cookery Booke.
But, what will happened if Rose and Ty made a deal to make an experiment on a few of those recipes when Purdy and Albert Bliss, their parents, were out of town? Yeah! A few Love Muffin and Fortune Cookies aren’t really a big trouble, right?
*****
Bliss is the first series of the Bliss Bakery Trilogy, it is one of the best books for kids and teens to read, it has a really funny stories and a sweet adventures, lying down in a world full of cakes and cupcakes, and other magical ingredients, the words that were used were “a friend” to all ages.
The good points of the book were it is a really simple story, but somehow packed brilliantly and fits for all kinds of people, with a teenager and a few kids were set as the main characters, the story flows easily and was enjoyable.
This book was recommended to all students because it can entertain you very much, if you have read the brilliant stories from the pen of J.K. Rowling, than Kathryn Littlewood’s didn’t really have that much different, it is filmed yet? No. But who doesn’t like a story full of fantastic sweets, hilarious characters, and so much more positive things? |
