Several things you can do when your child finds it difficult to apologize

1. Use language that is easy to understand with simple words, honest and full of empathy.

2. Model acceptance of mistakes by being honest with children when they make mistakes and explaining why we have to apologize.

3. Explain to children that mistakes are part  of the learning process.

4. Always provide support and encouragement so that children try again when they make mistakes

5. Respect children's feelings, do not force them when they are not ready to apologize. Keep explaining the importance of apologizing.
