The Year of the Horse is celebrated this Chinese New Year. On February 25, 2026, SHB Preschool Modernland hosted an event in the auditorium of the junior and high school buildings. The teachers carefully planned activities for all students to commemorate this occasion, and they all arrived in their adorable cheongsam or Tang suits.
The event began with a prayer led by Miss Tami, followed by a speech from Miss Maria, the principal of Sekolah Harapan Bangsa Preschool Modernland. The first performances showcased the extracurricular activities of the Kindergarten A and Kindergarten B classes. The opening act featured a Wu Shu demonstration, which was followed by ballet performances from both classes. The Kindergarten A class concluded the performances with a modern dance routine.
