[:en]LDK OSIS : TO BECOME A LEADER WHO SERVES OTHERS[:zh]基本领导能力培训班[:id]LDK OSIS: Menjadi Pemimpin yang Melayani[:]

[:en]Led by Agatha as the head and Thomas as the vice, the 2017/2018 student council period has come to the end. It is time for them to hand over their positions to their juniors.

The handing down process has already begun with the election of the new student council member earlier last December of 2017. Based on the democratic, transparent, and fair election that was held, the best two candidates were chosen; Lura Maharani as the head and Febriana as the vice, both from XI Science class.

As the former student council management period has ended, the new chosen student council members will start to carry on the tasks. So, according to the organization mandate which applies in Harapan Bangsa School, a leadership training camp known as Latihan Dasar Kepemimpinan (LDK), held in school for two days, which is from the 12^th -13^th of January 2018.

In the opening speech of the LDK program, Mr Agustinus Joko Purwanto said that being a student council member is a chance to develop one’s self in many aspects, whether it is in terms of academics, social skills, leadership skills, and others. Just follow and go through all the process which you will overcome when leading the upcoming student council period. “Good luck being in the process”, closed Mr Joko in his speech for all the LDK participants.

Thank you to Agatha and Thomas, and also all the student council members in the 2017/2018 period. You all have learnt to serve others through the works that you had shown. We hope that you all can realize more about how the main point of a leader’s job is to serve others. To Lura, Febri, and all the student council members of the 2018/2019 period, we wish you good luck in carrying on the position. Keep maintaining the same spirit that is passed down to all of you so that we can all receive the results from your leadership.

 [:zh]2017/2018年的学生会即将结束了。Agata同学（会长）及Thomas Forta同学（副会长）的任务即将委任给他们的学弟学妹了。

挑选新的学生会管理者已经于2017年12月份开始进行了。根据民主，明晰，公证的选举结果，选出两名最佳候选人，即Lura Maharani同学为会长，而Febriana同学为副会长。他们两位都是来自十一年级理科班的学生。

因为新的学生会即将开始他们的任务，民望学校举办两天连续的基本领导能力培训班，开始于2018年1月12日至13日。

Agustinus Joko Purwanto校长在基本领导能力培训班开始的时候致开幕词。他说成为学生会的管理者使学生们获得机会发挥他们在学术界的能力，让学生们更加关注社会，培养领导能力，等等的桥梁。他还强调，希望新委任的学生会，能够坚持磨练自己，在过程当中变成更加成熟。祝新委任的学生会更加努力工作。

感谢Agata同学及Thomas同学，以及2017/2018年学生会的会员。一直以来，你们已经学习了如何伺服他人。成为一名好的领导者是在至于伺服他人。祝Lura同，Febri同学以及2018/2019年高中学生会工作愉快。希望你们会更加团结，做出新的成绩，让大家以你们为荣。再次，祝新委任的学生会工作愉快！

 [:id]Masa kepengurusan Osis periode 2017/2018 yang dikomandoi oleh Agata (Ketua) dan Thomas Forta (Wakil) purna sudah. Saatnya alih tugas/kepengurusan itu diestafetkan kepada yunior mereka.

Proses alih tugas kepengurusan sudah dimulai dengan proses pemilihan kepengurusan yang baru pada awal Desember 2017 lalu. Berdasarkan hasil pemilihan yang berlangsung demokratis, transparan dan fair, maka terpilihlah dua kandidat terbaik, yaitu LURA MAHARANI sebagai ketua, dan FEBRIANA sebagai wakil ketua. Keduanya berasal dari kelas XI program science.

Sehubungan dengan  berakhirnya masa kepengurusan dan kepemimpinan OSIS lama, dan akan mulai bertugasnya pengurus OSIS yang baru, maka sesuai dengan mandate organisasi yang berlaku di Sekolah Harapan Bangsa, diselenggarakanlah Latihan Dasar Kepemimpinan (LDK). LDKdiselenggarakan di Sekolah Harapan Bangsa selama dua hari, yaitu dari tanggal 12-13 Januari 2018.

Bapak Agustinus Joko Purwanto dalam sambutanya pada pembukaan LDK mengatakan bahwa menjadi pengurus OSIS merupakan sebuah peluang atau kesempatan untuk mengembangkan diri dalam banyak aspek, baik akademik, sosial, kepemimpinan, dan lain-lain. Ikutilah semua proses yang akan anda lalui selama berada dalam masa kepengurusan yang akan datang. “Selamat berproses”, demikian beliau menutup pesanya kepada semua peserta LDK.

Terima kasih kepada Agata dan Thomas serta segenap anggota Osis periode 2017/2018. Kalian telah belajar melayani orang lain melalui karya karya  bersama yang sudah kalian persembahkan. Semoga kalian semakin menyadari bahwa muara dari tugas seorang pemimpin adalah melayani orang lain. Selamat bertugas untuk Lura, Febri dan segenap anggota pengurus Osis SMA periode 2018/2019. Berdirilah di atas spirit yang sama agar kami semua mendapatkan manfaat dari kepemimpinan kalian.
