On the first of November until the 8^th of November 2016, the junior and senior high school students of Harapan Bangsa School Modernland held the SHB Cup 2016, led by Mentari, a 12^th grader. This event was a success as there were a lot of participants and spectators who were also act as supporters in the event.

SHB Cup consists of various competitions such as a Basketball, badminton, table tennis, English debate, hai bao, and modern dance competition. Besides the competitons, the event was extravagant with the help of the bazaars found next to the Basketball court. All the junior high school students were very enthusiastic in participating in the competitions and as a supporter. In this event, the junior high school students of Harapan Bangsa School Modernland came second for the boy’s basketball category, second for the team badminton category and last but not least as the third winner for the team table tennis category.

于2016年11月1日至8日，Modernland民望学校初高中部举办2016年民望杯。第12年级的学生，Mentari同学，成为本民望杯的委员会会长。活动很顺利地进行，来自丹格朗区的国立及私立学校的学生都参加了本年的民望杯，他们也来到民望学校为他们的朋友打气。

民望杯的竞赛包括了篮球赛，羽毛球赛，乒乓球赛，海报比赛。除了比赛之外，也有义卖会。所有初中生都很积极的参加本年的民望杯。不仅成为参赛者，他们同时也为他们的同学打气。在本年的民望杯里，Modernland初中部在篮球赛成功了获得亚军，羽毛球队获得亚军，而乒乓球队获得季军。

Pada tanggal 1-8 November 2016 SMP dan SMA sekolah Harapan Bangsa Modernland mengadakan acara SHB CUP 2016 yang diketuai oleh Mentari siswi kelas 12. Acara ini berjalan dengan sukses terlihat dari banyaknya peserta lomba dan banyaknya penonton yang menjadi sporter sekolah masing-masing.

SHB CUP ini terdiri dari lomba basket , badminton, pimpong, debat, hai bao selain lomba lomba tersebut juga dimeriahkan dengan adanya bazaar. Semua siswa SMP terlihat antusias dalam SHB CUP tahun ini baik sebagai pesertta lomba maupun sebagai sporter. dalam acara ini SMP Harapan Bangsa modernland menjadi juara ke dua dalam lomba basket putra, juara ke dua lomba badminton beregu dan juara ke tiga pimpong beregu.
