On 21st November 2016, Sekolah Harapan Bangsa held a ceremony to commemorate the national teacher’s day. The ceremony, organized by OSIS SMP-SMA, was an excitement for everybody . The students of SMP and SMA Sekolah Harapan Bangsa sang the hymn of the teachers.
OSIS made an award for the teachers with different nominees, including the most fun, the grumpiest and the funniest teachers. All teachers seemed entertained by this. At the end of the ceremony, the students gave roses and chocolate to all the teachers and shook hands. Happy national teacher’s day for all teachers, you are heroes without medals.[:zh]
于2016年11月21日，民望学校的学生欢度印尼教师节。学校初高中的学生会为本次的教师节，准备了许多有趣的活动。所有初高中生一起合唱教师赞歌。
此外，学生会也挑选了最吵，最凶，最有趣的老师。所有的老师都很喜学生们为他们准备的节目。节目结束之前，所有的学生献玫瑰花及巧克力给所有在座的老师，互相握手。

Pada tanggal 21 November 2016 Sekolah Harapan bangsa mengadakan upacara memperingati Hari Guru Nasional. Acara yang diselengarakan oleh OSIS SMP-SMA berlangsung dengan meriah. Para siswa siwi SMP dan SMA diajak untuk menyanyikan lagu hyme guru.
Selain itu juga OSIS mengadakan pemilihan untuk guru yang terheboh, tergalak, terlucu dll. Semua guru tampak terhibur dengan adanya acara yang dibuat oleh para siswa ini untuk menghormati para guru semua. Acara ditutup dengan para siswa memberikan bunga mawar dan coklat kepada semua guru yang hadir, dan bersalam-salaman. Selamat untuk para guru, engkau adalah pahlawan tanpa tanda jasa.[:]
