The final tests of 2024 will begin soon. The final assessment will be held from Monday, May 27, 2024, to Monday, June 3, 2024. Before the exam, students are asked to tidy up the classroom by emptying desks and lockers and bringing home the books they will use to study at home. Students also need to complete the library book and laboratory equipment loan clearance forms. At the end of this academic year, students are also expected to complete all their academic responsibilities, including exams or assignments they need to do. Below is an article written by Carlson Moritz Willim about the final-tests:
“So the final tests are coming up, and I have mixed feelings about it. On one hand, I'm excited because I’ll be free, but on the other hand, I’m worried about my grades. In a way, I'm kind of excited to test my academic excellence. Overall, I have a great deal of fear of failing, like most other people, so I have to study hard and diligently to make sure I get good grades.
I feel like the hardest subject will be civics because of all the information I have to consume to get a score that I'm happy with. I’m not happy that civics is mostly history, because I feel like we should just let the past be the past. Bahasa Indonesia could also be hard because of the extensive usage of formal and informal words.
My personal tips that help me a lot in studying are: studying in a dark room with a night light, listening to Spotify while studying, taking notes, and watching videos about the subjects I’m worried about. Watching educational videos is way more entertaining than studying by books and notes. I’ve seen that studying from audiobooks also helps. Overall, I’d say study hard and diligently because the hard work will pay off.”
