MANDARIN DAY

The event started with watching a movie and of course since this is the year of monkey, we chose to watch the latest Monkey king movie with the title Monkey King Hero is Back. After watching movie, then came the highlight of the event which is Sun Gokong and Tipatkai make-up competition in which all students have to help their two friends to dress up like Sun Gokong and Tipatkai with the material given. The students were excited to show off their paper cutting skills, their ideas, creativity and tried so hard to win the dictionaries prepared by our beloved school.

Besides these activities, there were also some interesting games like “guess the Hanzi by movement” and dancing to MV contest. Before we closed the event with a closing prayer, the MC, Bryan and Shinta, gave out the names of the winners which are grade 9 as the first winner, 8A as the second and grade 7 as the third winner. As for senior highschool, the winner is grade 11 Sci. Everyone agreed that the event was very successful.[:zh]

今年的中文日，我和同学们一起看《西游记之大圣归来》。

《大圣归来》主要讲的是孙悟空回归伏魔的故事，但江流儿却让人印象深刻。他为了大圣，还差点牺牲了自己的生命。

我觉得这部电影能给观众带来欢笑，抓住观众的眼球;这部电影能让人感动，甚至于哭泣。江流儿为了救别人，小小年纪就勇敢地挺身而出.

最感人的是最后一段，大圣孙悟空打败了妖王，看到这里，我看到旁边的同学都流泪了，我自己也流泪了。大家都同意本次中文日观看电影活动成功了。[:id]

Acara Mandarin Day kali ini dimulai dengan menonton film bersama-sama dan karena tahun ini adalah Tahun Monyet maka film yang dipilih adalah film Sun Gokong. Film yang kami tonton berjudul Monkey King Hero is Back. Setelah menonton film, tibalah pada acara yang dinanti-nanti, yakni lomba berdandan ala Sun Gokong dan Tipatkai. Setiap kelas harus memilih dua orang yang mewakili mereka dalam lomba sebagai duo tokoh legendaris tersebut. Para siswa tampak sangat bersemangat menunjukkan kebolehan dan kreativitas mereka serta ide-ide unik mereka. Setiap kelas berusaha keras memperebutkan posisi juara karena ingin memenangkan hadiah kamus yang telah disiapkan oleh sekolah kami tercinta.

Selain kegiatan ini, ada juga beberapa games menarik seperti menebak hanzi dengan gerakan dan menari sesuai video. Sebelum kami menutup acara dengan doa, MC kami, Bryan dan Shinta, mengumumkan para pemenang lomba berdandan yakni kelas 9 sebagai juara pertama, kelas 8A sebagai juara kedua dan kelas 7 sebagai juara ketiga. Dan untuk tingkat SMA dimenangkan oleh kelas 11 IPA. Setiap siswa setuju bahwa acara kali ini berjalan sangat menyenangkan.[:]
