[:en]On Wednesday, July 19, 2017, teachers, staff and students of SMP-SMA Sekolah Harapan Bangsa Modernhill held an event called Halal bi Halal. Halal bi Halal is a special ritual traditionally done by Muslim Indonesians during or several days after Idul Fitri. In this occasion they visit their elders, in the family, the neighbourhood, or their work, and show respect to them. They will also seek reconciliation (if needed), and preserve or restore harmonious relations.

The theme of  this year’s Halal bi Halal is “To Bring Unity and Togetherness”.  The event was opened by MCs named Vinka (grade 12) and Rafi (grade 9A) and followed with opening prayer by Levina (9?). In this event, SHB School invited Ustadz H. Syarief Hidayat, S. Ag., to deliver the religious speech. The event was also enlivened with the appearance of a Marawis group from Al Mubarakoh orphanage.

The highlight of this event was listening to the religious speech delivered by Ustadz H. Syarief Hidayat. The essential message of his speech was a call to all of us to build tolerance through mutual forgiveness and respect for parents and neighbors.

In delivering his speech, Ustadz H. Syarief Hidayat provided many simple but interesting examples from the daily lives of teenagers. Delivering his speech interactively, Ustadz H. Syarief Hidayat was successful in making the audience listen to his teaching enthusiastically. Whenever necessary, in order for students not to get bored, he also often inserted jokes that invited the laughter of the listeners.

Halal bi Halal event was closed with a joint prayer led by Ustadz H. Syarief Hidayat and continued with hand shaking among the listeners to exchange forgiveness.[:zh]于2017年7月19日(星期三)，现代山庄民望学校初高中部举办感恩会。主题为“实现多样文化的统一及团结”。主持人开幕之后，由第九年级学生Levina同学带带领学生祈祷。其次，由Al  Mubarokah孤儿院的孩子表演传统的击鼓演出。

在本次的感恩会，邀请了H.  Syarif  Hidayat， S.Ag传道，讲解有关建立宽容心，互相原谅，孝顺父母，以及对社会的贡献。

所有的学生很积极的倾听传道者的讲道，他们与传道者互动并积极地向他发出问题。

感恩会结束的时候，大家互相握手为节目推向高潮。[:id]Acara Halal Bi Halal yang diadakan pada hari Rabu, 19 Juli 2017 di gedung SMP – SMA Sekolah Harapan Bangsa Modernhill dengan tema “Kita wujudkan rasa persatuan dan kebersamaan”. Acara dibuka oleh MC dan dilanjutkan doa pembuka yang dipimpin oleh Levina kelas 9. Setelah doa diisi penampilan marawis dari panti asuhan Al Mubarakoh.

Acara Halal Bi Halal ini,  kami mengundang Bapak Ustadz H. Syarif  Hidayat, S.Ag yang memberikan ceramah mengenai sikap membangun toleransi, sikap saling maaf memaaafkan dan perbuatan baik untuk orang tua dan sesama.

Para siswa antusias mengikuti ceramah Bapak Ustadz H. Syarif Hidayat, S.Ag, mereka berinteraksi dan secara aktif menjawab pertanyaan yang diberikan oleh Bapak Ustadz H. Syarif Hidayat, S.Ag.

Acara Halal Bi Halal ditutup dengan kegiatan bersalam – salaman sebagai bentuk aplikasi dari kegiatan acara Halal Bi Halal.[:]
