DIPONEGORO CHEMISTRY FAIR 2017
On September 23rd 2017, three Harapan Bangsa Senior High students; Joan Angelina, Gisella Adara, and Sherine Devi Sutomo competed in the first round of Diponegoro University’s Chemistry Olympiad which was held by Diponegoro University’s faculty of science, chemistry major. This competition was joined by hundreds of students from various Senior High schools in Java, and the competition itself was held in 6 regions; Jakarta, Bandung, Purwokerto, Semarang, Surakarta, and Surabaya. Harapan Bangsa students followed the competition in Jakarta region, which was held in the Faculty of Science, Universitas Negeri Jakarta.
On October 21th 2017, it was announced that the three students from Harapan Bangsa Senior High School were among the students that got through the first round, to the semifinal. The semifinal will be held on November 4th, 2017 and it will be joined by the top 50 competitors from all around Java.

(Mr. Jo)[:zh]于2017年9月23日，民望学校3名高中生，Joan Angelina同学，Gisella Adara同学及Sherine Devi Sutomo同学参加Diponegoro大学理科部门举办的化学选拔赛。选拔赛的参赛者来自于全爪哇的高中生，分为6个区域，如：雅加达，万隆，普禾加多，三宝垄，苏拉加达及泗水。我校的3名学生参与雅加达区的选拔赛，进行于雅加达国立大学理科部。
于2017年10月21日，公布了民望学校的3名学生成功了进入准决赛。准决赛将进行于2017年11于4日，举办于Diponegoro大学理科部门。总共有50名的参赛者。
希望大家祝福民望学校的3名学生，能够取得优秀的成绩以及成为本比赛的获胜者。[:id]
DIPONEGORO CHEMISTRY FAIR 2017
Tanggal 23 September 2017 tiga siswa SMA Harapan Bangsa yaitu Joan Angelina, Gisella Adara dan Sherine Devi Sutomo mengikuti babak penyisihan Olimpiade Kimia yang diadakan oleh Jurusan Kimia Fakultas MIPA Universitas Diponegoro. Pada babak penyisihan ini dikuti oleh ratusan peserta dari seluruh pelajar SMA se-jawa dan dibagi menjadi 6 regional yaitu Jakarta, Bandung, Purwokerto, Semarang, Surakarta dan Surabaya. Ketiga siswa tersebut mengikuti seleksi di regional Jakarta yang diselenggarakan di Fakultas MIPA Universitas Negeri Jakarta.
Pada tanggal 21 Oktober 2017 diumumkan ketiga siswa dari SMA Harapan Bangsa termasuk sebagai peserta yang lolos ke babak semi-final. Babak semi-final akan diadakan di Fakultas MIPA Universitas Diponegoro pada tanggal 4 November 2017 dan diikuti oleh 50 peserta.
